Alan was a wonderful, loving husband, dad, grandad, brother, uncle and friend who passed away from pulmonary fibrosis in August 2011. He was a kind and gentle man, who liked to keep busy and lived to spend time with his family and help other people. We will always remember him pottering in the garden, playing with his grandson Daniel and with his great nephew Lewis. His family and friends love him and miss him very, very much and would like to help fight this cruel disease.
